CROISSANT GROUP
The Continental Forni Croissant Group encompasses within a few centimetres the technology of large lines for the automated production of croissants weighing from 12 to 150 grams.
Infeed calibrator: calibrates the paste to the desired thickness and welds the pastes together, eliminating waste between the tails and heads of the pastes.
Wrapping machine: the opening and closing adjustment of the calibrating cylinders allows you to change the number of turns of the pasta wrapping. The wrapping consistency is adjusted by closing or opening the belts in order to obtain any type of wrapped product. The wrapping belts are easily replaceable for quick cleaning.
Cutting system: the pasta is cut in two stages, preventing it from sticking to the mould. The differentiated speed of the conveyor belts allows for regular conveying of the triangles into the wrapping machine. The cutting rollers can be replaced in a few seconds.
The waste collection device conveys the cut pasta into a container positioned under the cutting system itself, making the recovery of excess pasta simple and quick.
With the addition of the exit table it transforms into a real pastry line. With the use of various cutting rollers, in addition to obtaining any type of croissant, it can cut the most varied pastry products. The cutting rollers can be requested and built to measure.
It can be extensively customized with the addition of an electric guillotine, cutting rollers and folders, as well as a wide range of dedicated accessories.
