SPIRAL MIXERS
The mechanics of the mixers, from the smallest to the largest, are characterised by large bearings mounted on removable supports, shafts in alloyed and heat-treated steel, transmission pulleys in anti-corrosion cast iron and high-quality transmission belts.
Universality lies in the ability to knead all types of dough, from those with lower hydration to extreme ones, with very high hydration.
In compliance with European regulations, the machines are supplied with a closed PETG guard, equipped with gas springs to facilitate lifting and controlled closing.
The food contact areas (MOCA), including screws, lids and supports, are entirely made of stainless steel, thus ensuring hygiene and ease of cleaning. The structure is painted in food grade, extremely robust and resistant to accidental scratches. The internal carpentry meets the needs of a market increasingly attentive to the robustness of the structures (thickness of the sheet metal, robotic welding and finishes that make our structures easy to clean).

2 speeds + timer
The manual version includes the setting of the working time with automatic switching from the first to the second speed; it includes the bowl rotation impulse button to facilitate the extraction of the dough, the bowl motion inversion selector, the 3-position selector for the bowl motion (slow, neutral/neutral, fast).
DIGITAL 2 speed
The digital version can be used in manual, semi-automatic and automatic versions. In semi-automatic operation it is possible to acquire the necessary dough processing times. In automatic operation it is possible to store up to 20 work programs and recall them when necessary while maintaining the customization of each individual phase. The digital version uses a sophisticated light diagnostic system that allows the user/technician to identify any operating anomalies.
TOUCH SCREEN
Programmable multifunction touch screen panel. The panel has 16 languages stored to facilitate the understanding of the commands. It allows use in manual, semi-automatic and automatic versions. In automatic operation it is possible to store up to 30 work programs, including operations such as: delayed start, pauses for leavening in the tank or adding ingredients, resuming the program at any speed and with any preset time. The programs can be named and recalled when necessary.
Optional: - Dough temperature detection probe - Water dosing system via litre counter - Possibility of remote connection (4.0) to update software, check the operating status of the machine and identify any anomalies, acquire and duplicate programs on other machines in series, check work cycles, production and usage time.
