INNOVATIVE, LOW-CONSUMPTION HEAT GENERATION

  • The heat exchanger is made of special Aisi 310s refractory steel with a large thickness, resistant to high temperatures.

  • Its INVERTED and INNOVATIVE structure allows the heat to be retained inside for a longer period than any other oven on the market, meaning that the burner turns on much less frequently and this leads to considerable energy savings;

  • The high number and size of the circular section tubes allow excellent performance.

Continental Ovens Drawer Steamer

STEAMER: uniform steam whenever you need it.

  • The introduction of steam into the chamber in the first minutes of the baking process of leavened products helps to develop the structure and brown the external surface of them.

  • The powerful steamer positioned close to the heat exchanger guarantees abundant steam production even in the presence of a continuous work cycle, rapid recovery times and uniform distribution across the entire trolley.

  • The steamer is made up of an expansion tank and 9 modular elements, easy to access, with removable sections to facilitate maintenance.

ROTARY TROLLEY

  • Our INDUSTRIA rotary oven model is normally higher than other rotary ovens on the market and allows for a GREATER COOKING SURFACE with the same distance between the trays. The trolley can be made according to customer needs.

  • Our trolleys are equipped with 2 small waves at the ends of each shelf to prevent trays from falling during handling.

  • Trolleys can be produced with top hook, platform hook or special constructions according to needs.

Rotor Industry Continental Ovens

* "OVERFLOW" SYSTEM: to ensure the smooth running of the process and the safety of the operator, we have designed a vertical chamber separated from the rest of the cooking chamber with an opening and adjustable door that allows the air to escape and the pressure to disperse in the chamber, given by the humidity of the dough.
* SLITS: Our vents to regulate airflow during cooking are made of 430 stainless steel and are as high as the entire cooking chamber. The top and bottom are adjustable every 10 cm, to allow for even cooking from the highest to the lowest pan.
