With MODULAR Continental Forni it is possible to create the ideal oven based on the type of use, from pastry shops to bakeries to pizzerias.
You can choose whether to cook in a pan or directly on the oven floor and, in this case, opt for the base of the cooking chamber in refractory material. Depending on your needs, you can add an extractor hood and leavening cell to the electric oven.
Accessories are not lacking. To make the electric oven even more efficient, Continental Forni offers the vaporizer for the cooking chamber and the humidifier for the leavening cell
