BENCH SHEETER WITHOUT BELTS
The “WITHOUT BELT” bench sheeter is ideal for rolling out small quantities of puff pastry, egg pasta, pizza and sugar paste. It is a machine designed especially for use in small pastry shops, restaurants or pizzerias. The structure of this sheeter is made of steel painted with non-toxic paints for food use and stainless steel. The movement is transmitted to the lamination cylinders by chains from a 0.37 kW electric motor.
It is equipped with 4 food-grade plastic scrapers for the lamination cylinders and two fully Teflon-coated slides for perfect sliding of the pastry during processing.
The direction of motion of the cylinders can be selected by means of an analog joystick, while it is possible to adjust the thickness of the dough with a lockable handle.
Opening of the cylinders ranges from 0 to a maximum of 30 mm.
Lamination cylinders have a diameter of 62 mm and are treated with hexavalent chromium (material certified for food use).

AUTOMATIC SHEETERS
The automatic dough sheeter with reinforced base, AISI 304 stainless steel and aluminium structure, is intended for industrial use.
In all models, the convenient “touch screen” with “intelligent logic” makes programming extremely simple and intuitive.
It is possible to set 50 lamination programs and different work cycles in succession, programming starts, stops, descents and ascents of the calibrating cylinders according to your needs.
The new flour duster and the “no-stress” dough winder, completely automated, allow you to further reduce processing times. Starting from medium productions up to satisfying industrial needs, these machines represent a reliable and irreplaceable tool.
